Founded in 1968, Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) is the U.S. subsidiary sales and marketing of Fuji Heavy Industries (FHI) in Japan and is responsible for the distribution, marketing, sales and service of the Subaru in the U.S..

SoA moved to its current Cherry Hill, NJ, facility in 1986. The $ 18 million, 115,000-square-foot, seven-storey houses is the company's national headquarters, about 300 people in finance, IT, marketing, sales and product planning. The SoA company markets Subaru vehicles, parts and accessories through a network of approximately 600 dealers across the United States.

Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) has three regional offices and area 12, with the support of local sales, marketing and PR activities of the distributor. Regional offices are located Subaru in Denver, CO, Westampton, New Jersey, and Itasca, Illinois, and area offices are in different cities of the United States. About 100 people work in offices and areas.
